Sean Ryan Promoted to Counsel at Bloom Parham
Bloom Parham is pleased to announce that Sean Ryan has been promoted from Associate to Counsel. Sean has been a bedrock part of our team at Bloom Parham for the past five and a half years. Prior to his tenure at Bloom Parham, Sean clerked for a federal magistrate judge in Lexington, Kentucky after which he worked as an associate with a national litigation firm in Atlanta, where he represented corporations and local governments in a variety of commercial and complex litigation matters, including disputes involving negligent construction, wrongful death, and civil right issues. At Bloom Parham, Sean has focused his practice on complex commercial litigation and contract and partnership disputes, representing clients across the real estate, restaurant, and construction industries, among others. Sean has gained significant trial experience throughout his career, successfully representing clients in several jury trials on both the plaintiff and defense side. Sean has grown his practice and dispute resolution abilities such that our clients trust Sean to provide counsel in avoiding disputes and helping them achieve their goals without litigation where possible. If litigation is needed, however, Sean is a fierce advocate in the courtroom. In reflecting on his new role, Sean explains, “I truly enjoy every opportunity I get to help our clients solve difficult and critical problems, and I am excited to continue helping our clients as I step into my new role.”
Sean welcomes the increased trust and responsibility that comes with his new role, and the Bloom Parham family is excited that Sean will continue to grow his career with us.
