Bloom Parham Attains Rezoning for Purpose Built Student Housing Project in Cobb County

Bloom Parham represented one of the nation’s largest developers of student housing in a suit against Cobb County over the denial of a rezoning and special use permit for a Purpose Built Student Housing project to serve Kennesaw State University. Following a successful mediation, the County reconsidered the application and voted for approval.

Andrea Pearson, one of Bloom Parham’s lead land use attorneys, handled the matter.
