Bloom Parham Secures Final Plat in Byron

Bloom Parham represented a developer in a dispute regarding slope stabilization in the City of Byron. Through negotiation,  Bloom Parham secured the developer’s right to maintain the stabilization methods as built, as well as a long-sought final plat for the development.
