Kurt Kastorf Named to The Best Lawyers in America; Recognized as a Tier 1 Attorney for Commercial Litigation in Atlanta

Bloom Parham is proud to announce that partner Kurt Kastorf has been named to The Best Lawyers in America, 2027 Edition, and that Kurt has been recognized as a Tier 1 attorney in the Atlanta metropolitan area for Commercial Litigation.

Best Lawyers relies on a “Purely Peer Review” process. No attorney can nominate themselves. Instead, lawyers already recognized in a given practice area and region complete confidential evaluations of their peers. This year’s edition, the 33rd, recognized attorneys across 151 practice areas and 203 metropolitan regions, drawing on 3.8 million evaluations submitted by more than 32,000 voting lawyers. Only about five percent of practicing attorneys nationwide receive the distinction.

Kurt joined Bloom Parham as a partner in March 2026, bringing a national litigation and appellate practice built over years at Kastorf Law and, before that, at WilmerHale, King & Spalding, and the U.S. Department of Justice. He has argued before every federal circuit court of appeals, and he has handled more than one hundred appeals as lead counsel. His commercial litigation experience includes representing some of the country’s largest companies in high-stakes business disputes, work he now carries forward as part of Bloom Parham’s complex litigation practice.
