Bloom Parham Obtains Vested Rights for Data Center Project in Covington

Bloom Parham represented a property owner in a suit against the City of Covington alleging the property owner acquired vested rights to develop a data center and was exempt from the City’s moratorium on data center developments. Shortly after filing suit, the firm negotiated a successful resolution with the City that allows the data center development to proceed on the property.  Simon Bloom and Ronnie Thompson handled the matter, which represents another victory for property owner clients seeking to develop land in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
