Bloom Parham Welcomes Sean C. Ryan

Bloom Parham, LLP is pleased to announce that Sean C. Ryan has joined the firm as an associate.  Ryan will focus his practice on civil litigation, particularly in the areas of partnership disputes, real estate and construction litigation, and breach of contract cases.

“We are delighted to welcome Sean to the firm,” said Simon Bloom, founding partner at Bloom Parham. “He is a skilled litigator and effective problem solver with extensive litigation experience. Sean will be an extremely valuable asset to our firm and will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve the best possible outcomes.”

Ryan brings a wide range of experience to Bloom Parham, including serving as a litigation associate in the Atlanta office of a national specialty litigation firm, where he represented corporations and local governments in a variety of commercial and complex litigation matters, including disputes involving negligent construction, wrongful death, and civil rights issues.  Ryan gained significant trial experience, successfully defending clients as second-chair in several jury trials.
