Prior to his role with Bloom Parham, Sean worked as an associate with a national litigation firm in Atlanta, where he represented corporations and local governments in a variety of commercial and complex litigation matters, including disputes involving negligent construction, wrongful death, and civil right issues. Sean gained significant trial experience, successfully defending clients as second-chair in several jury trials.
Sean served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Wier, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky prior to entering private practice. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Northwestern University.
