In a news broadcast airing on August 15, Bloom Parham partner and founder Simon Bloom provides insight into the statute of limitations for child sex abuse cases in Georgia. Bloom spoke to CBS 46 about what victims face in the legal arena. “On one hand statute of limitations are designed to bring people forward and encourage them to make quick reports… For kids this is a tough ask.
