Bloom Parham Secures Summary Judgment Win in Zoning Case

Bloom Parham successfully represented a national homebuilder in Metro Atlanta after a local municipality unexpectedly revised its zoning ordinance, imposing new conditions on an established single-family home community and improperly halting future development phases. In response, Bloom Parham filed a lawsuit challenging the municipality’s actions. The court ruled in favor of our client at the summary judgment stage, finding that the municipality had unlawfully applied the revised ordinance to the property. As a result, our client was granted the right to continue development under the original zoning terms, free from the newly imposed restrictions.
