Bloom Parham secures $1.145 Million Dollar Arbitration Award in Construction Defect Case

After a four-day trial spanning parts of November and December 2019, Steve Parham and Troy Covington secured a $1.145 million dollar arbitration award in a construction defect case on behalf of homeowners in South Fulton County.  Judge Eric Dunaway of the Fulton County Superior Court confirmed the arbitration award in October 2020 and awarded attorney’s fees to Bloom Parham for the confirmation action.
