Bloom Parham Partners speak at Home Builders Association of Georgia Fall Meeting in Amelia Island, Florida

Bloom Parham partners Shannan Oliver, Troy Covington, and Andrea Pearson attended the Home Builders Association of Georgia fall meeting in Amelia Island, Florida September 9-11.  They had the opportunity to meet with home builders and HBA officials from throughout Georgia.  Troy also gave an update to the Builder Action Fund on the status of several cases regarding housing and development issues being handled by the firm.  Additionally, Andrea and Shannan presented a continuing education seminar.  Andrea spoke on Land Use Rules Every Georgia Builder and Developer Should Know, and Shannan presented Georgia’s Right to Repair Act: A Builder’s Best Friend.

Bloom Parham regularly litigates development and construction issues on behalf of builders throughout Georgia and the southeast.  We appreciated the opportunity to connect with a great group of folks in Amelia Island and look forward to attending future HBAG meetings.  If you are a developer with a legal issue or question, please contact our office.
