Simon Bloom shared his insights into the current state of Georgia land use and zoning issues with host Carol Morgan on her Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio Show.  During the show, which Ms. Morgan titled “Unbridled Politics,” Simon touched on everything from zoning applications, to political influences upon land use and land rights, to current Georgia legislative initiatives, to strategies that developers and builders can use to successfully navigate the zoning and permitting processes.  Simon’s grasp of the legal, political and administrative nuances involved in real estate development is what makes our land use team at Bloom Parham second to none when builders and developers need help navigating the complexities of the permitting and approval process.
