Simon Bloom named BGCA 2022 Board Member of the Year
Simon H. Bloom was named the Board Member of the Year by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) Georgia Council at their 2022 Georgia Hall of Fame Ceremony, held Thursday evening in Augusta, GA. Simon was honored for his longstanding and unwavering support to BGCA for more than 20 years.
Through his ceaseless efforts and dedication Simon led efforts by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Georgia and Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta to ensure every young person in our state has the great future they deserve.
Simon has helped raise the standards and level of professionalism in the Boys & Girls Club Movement, while inspiring and mentoring future generations, laying the ground work that encourages us all to strive for excellence in helping children who need us most.
