Bloom Parham Secures Trial on the Merits in Zoning Dispute

The firm represents a client in a zoning dispute against a local municipality regarding its grant of a zoning application filed by a neighboring, competing development. After extensive briefing and oral argument, the Superior Court of Troup County denied in part the municipality’s motion for summary judgment, allowing some of the client’s claims to proceed to trial.
