Bloom Parham Obtains Dismissal of Homeowner Takeover Attempt in Federal Court

Bloom Parham represents the owner and declarant of a coastal Georgia townhouse development. Homeowners filed suit in federal court seeking, among other things, to obtain control of the development under the declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
