Bloom Parham Helps Secure Rezoning of Industrial Project in South Fulton

Bloom Parham recently represented a group of owners and developers in a suit against the City of South Fulton over the denial of a rezoning for approximately 1.6 million square feet of industrial space.  Very shortly after filing suit, the firm secured an order from the court remanding the matter to the city council for reconsideration.  Upon reconsideration, the city council approved the rezoning request, allowing the project to move forward expeditiously.
