Bloom Parham Expedites Final Plat in Locust Grove

Bloom Parham represented a developer seeking a final plat for a small phase of nearly complete development. Despite previously issuing approvals for the area at issue, the City requested that permits and preliminary requirements be resubmitted due to a change in phasing. Through negotiation, Bloom Parham helped the final plat proceed for approval without any additional submittals.

Simon Bloom and Alex Mooring handled the matter on behalf of the developer.
