Bloom Parham awarded Emergency Injunctive Relief in the Superior Court of Cobb County for Client in Employee Dispute

December 15, 2020: The firm obtained emergency injunctive relief on behalf of a client in a dispute with a former employee who abruptly resigned her employment to join a competitor.  After months of discovery and an evidentiary hearing, conducted remotely, the Superior Court of Cobb County ruled in favor of the employer and extended the injunctive relief for an additional five months.

Feb 1, 2020: The firm represents a client in a dispute with a former employee who abruptly resigned her employment to join a competitor and build a competing book of business valued at over $2 million in annual revenue.  After extensive briefing and oral argument, the Superior Court of Cobb County awarded the client emergency injunctive relief restricting further solicitation of the client’s substantial customer base.
