Kurt Kastorf Selected for Leadership DeKalb Class of 2027

Bloom Parham is pleased to announce that partner Kurt Kastorf has been selected to participate in the Leadership DeKalb Class of 2027. Kurt joins a competitive cohort of professionals drawn from across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors in DeKalb County, selected through a rigorous application process. The program runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and includes a year-long curriculum of experiential learning, community engagement, and leadership development focused on the issues shaping DeKalb County and the broader Atlanta region.

Leadership DeKalb was founded in 1986 by the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and has grown into an independent nonprofit with a network of more than 1,600 alumni who have gone on to serve in executive, civic, and elected leadership roles across the county and region. Kurt’s selection reflects both his deep roots in the DeKalb community, where he built his legal practice for years prior to joining Bloom Parham, and his commitment to leadership that extends beyond the courtroom. The firm congratulates Kurt on this well-deserved recognition and looks forward to the contributions he will make to the DeKalb community through this program.
