Bloom Parham recently secured the confirmation of a $715,000 arbitration award on behalf of its client, an India-based service provider. After obtaining the favorable arbitration decision in May 2025, the firm petitioned a federal court to confirm the award. The opposing party challenged the effort, filing a motion to vacate the award.

The federal court ruled that there was no basis to vacate the arbitrator’s decision and therefore confirmed the $715,000 award in favor of Bloom Parham’s client.
