Bloom Parham Secures Arbitration Victory in Services Agreement Dispute

Bloom Parham secured an arbitration victory for its India-based client in a contract dispute with a U.S.-based customer. The case arose after the customer failed to pay over $620,000 for offshore services provided. Bloom Parham initiated arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking full payment on behalf of the service provider.

The customer fired back with aggressive counterclaims, alleging more than $2 million in overpayments over the parties’ 11-year relationship. The arbitrator flatly rejected the customer’s claims and awarded Bloom Parham’s client the full amount demanded, plus prejudgment interest—bringing the total recovery to over $715,000.
