Court rules in favor of Bloom Parham Client in Breach of Fiduciary Duty Case (Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, FL – September 8, 2020)

The Firm represented a client in a suit alleging that its President breached his fiduciary duty to the company by overcompensating himself and diverting corporate opportunities to separate entities.  After a three-day evidentiary hearing, the Court entered an order requiring the defendants to return almost $3 million of ill-gotten gains to our client.
