Bloom Parham successfully resolves Rezoning Dispute

Bloom Parham stepped in as substitute counsel after several years of litigation regarding a rezoning denial, which the superior court had previously held must be reheard.  When the municipality refused, Bloom Parham filed a motion for contempt. Prior to the hearing on the motion, the parties were able to reach a favorable rezoning result for the client.
