Robert Johnson focuses on assisting clients with construction, business, and real estate disputes. Through his current practice and experience in complex litigation matters, he is well-versed in all phases of civil litigation.

Robert Johnson draws on his engineering and law degrees to assist clients with complex real estate and construction disputes. Through his experience representing clients at all stages of civil litigation, and his construction background, Robert combines real-world experience and aggressive trial advocacy to help resolve pressing legal issues.

Robert received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. While at Auburn, Robert spent his summers working for local construction companies and completed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. After graduating from Auburn, Robert obtained a J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and later became the Lead Articles Editor.

Before joining Bloom Parham, Robert was a partner with a litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia. In his prior role, Robert gained experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including automobile insurance defense, premises liability, construction defects, products liability, and negligent security. He has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation and has tried numerous cases before juries and judges throughout the states of Georgia and Alabama.

Robert is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Alabama. He is admitted to appear before all trial courts in the State of Georgia; the Court of Appeals of Georgia; the Supreme Court of Georgia; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Robert now lives in Buckhead with his wife, Jordan, and their two boys, Whit and Ford.
