Joe Ferguson is of Counsel at Bloom Parham. Joe has over four decades of legal experience and was co-founder of Ferguson McManamy PC an AV Rated Law Firm concentrating in Residential and Commercial Real Estate representation including representation of national lenders, national commercial and residential developers as well as advising clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Representation includes acquisition and development, entitlement, loan closings and lease negotiations representation of various corporate enterprises with a concentration in startup companies, corporate formation, governance and mergers/acquisitions.
Joe earned his B.B.A. in accounting at the University of Georgia, then went on to earn his J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law. Joe has taught CLE classes for the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Georgia. In addition to practicing law, Joe has been instrumental in starting and managing several successful entrepreneurial enterprises. Joe presently serves on the Board of Directors of several of these enterprises.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Joe lives in Buckhead with his wife and has two children at the University of Georgia and one at the University of Alabama. Joe is an avid golfer and skiing enthusiast as well as a die-hard University of Georgia fan.
