Stephen Youngblood represents clients in complex commercial disputes with broad experience in administrative law and regulatory matters.

Stephen holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2016. He earned his B.A., with Honors, in Philosophy from Swarthmore College, where he also pursued studies in Astronomy. Following law school, Stephen served two years as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Prior to joining Bloom Parham, Stephen was a partner in the Litigation Practice at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. His practice centered on defending clients in complex antitrust matters, including multi-district class action litigation and Department of Justice Antitrust Division investigations, as well as regulatory proceedings before federal and state agencies. He also represented clients in contract disputes, dealer-termination matters, and suspension and debarment proceedings.

Stephen has a strong record of service to the Atlanta community. He has represented clients pro bono in matters ranging from disability benefits and criminal defense to landlord-tenant disputes and music royalty claims.  He also serves on the board of directors of the Gateway Center, an Atlanta non-profit working to ensure that homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
