Bloom Parham Wins Specific Performance at Summary Judgment

Bloom Parham represents a commercial real estate developer regarding the purchase of a property from a city development authority.  Leading up to the closing date, the development authority refused to execute a deed without including impermissible use restrictions.  Fulton County Superior Court awarded summary judgment requiring the development authority to issue a limited warranty deed and close on the sale of the property without the use restrictions.
