Bloom Parham wins Vested Rights Argument

When a local county enacted a moratorium on multi family development, Bloom Parham filed a request for an exception to the moratorium based on the client’s vested rights.  At a public hearing, the County agreed the client had vested rights and permitted the client to proceed with seeking permits notwithstanding the moratorium.
