Bloom Parham Scores Rezoning Win

Bloom Parham represented a property owner who sought to rezone a property to residential, which had been unsuccessfully marketed for commercial for many years. After the rezoning was denied, Bloom Parham filed suit and obtained a favorable rezoning to residential following remand from superior court.
