Bloom Parham Successfully Defends Stream Buffer Variance

The firm represents a homeowner in Tuxedo Park regarding a stream buffer variance application appeal. The City of Atlanta’s Technical Panel voted to grant the variance, and certain neighbors appealed to the Commissioner of the Department of Watershed. The firm submitted a response to the appeal on behalf of the client, and the Commissioner upheld the Technical Panel’s decision.
