Bloom Parham Succeeds at Summary Judgment for Return of Escrow Deposit

Bloom Parham represents a commercial real estate developer who contracted for the purchase of a commercial property.  When the seller failed to meet its obligations prior to the date of closing, our client terminated the agreement. The seller refused to return the earnest money deposit. Hall County Superior Court awarded summary judgment in favor of our client, requiring the seller to refund the earnest money deposit.
