Bloom Parham Succeeds Before City Board of Appeals

Bloom Parham represents an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm performing renovations on a commercial property.  The city’s fire marshal, contrary to its own code, required the client to install a sprinkler system before issuing a certificate of occupancy.  Bloom Parham appealed the fire marshal’s decision before the city board of appeals.  At the board’s June hearing, it found unanimously in the client’s favor, entitling the client to a certificate of occupancy without undertaking substantial expense.
