Bloom Parham successfully obtains Order granting Summary Judgment in Contract Dispute

Following months of briefing and oral argument in February 2020 before the District Court of Bloomfield, Colorado, Simon Bloom, Shannan Oliver and Ben Dell’Orto successfully obtained an order granting summary judgment on all claims on behalf of a national real estate developer in a real estate contract dispute. Judge Don Quick granted the motion in June 2020, including an award of costs and fees, and dismissed all claims against the client in August 2020.
