Ben Roth, an associate with Bloom Parham law firm in Atlanta, assists clients with business, construction, and real estate disputes.

Ben represents and advises clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract cases, partnership disputes, and real estate and construction litigation.

Before joining the firm, Ben served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marc T. Treadwell in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, gaining extensive experience researching and drafting orders on various civil and criminal matters.

Ben received his J.D. from Mercer University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and was a member of the Mercer Law Review.  While in law school, Ben served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Verda Colvin in the Macon-Bibb County Superior Court and the Honorable Todd Markle in the Georgia Court of Appeals.  Ben also gained experience with the Department of Justice, where he worked as a summer law intern in the Department’s commercial litigation branch and constitutional and specialized tort litigation section.

Prior to law school, Ben amassed experience as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force, where he planned, scheduled, and executed combat air operations in support of ground forces in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan.
