Bloom Parham Obtains Dismissal of Homeowner Takeover Attempt in Federal Court

Bloom Parham represents the owner and declarant of a coastal Georgia townhouse development. Homeowners filed suit in federal court seeking, among other things, to obtain control of the development under the declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions. Bloom Parham filed a successful motion to dismiss, obtaining an early victory and continued control of the property for the owner.
