Ronnie leverages his litigation skills to deliver results for clients in land use and construction disputes.
Ronnie focuses his practice on land use and construction litigation. He joined Bloom Parham after serving for two years as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles E. Atchley, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. During his clerkship, Ronnie assisted Judge Atchley in all aspects of managing his caseload, participated in six trials, and drafted numerous memorandum opinions and orders in a variety of cases, including employment discrimination, intellectual property, and Section 1983 actions.
Ronnie earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ronnie served as Student Writing Editor on the Georgia State University Law Review’s Executive Board and published two articles.
Ronnie is a First Honor Graduate of the University of Georgia and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
When not practicing law, Ronnie enjoys rooting on the Dawgs in Sanford Stadium, prioritizing his fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
