Samantha has gained experience in construction and commercial litigation matters and is well-versed in the different phases of civil litigation. She has helped resolve cases through motions practice, trial, arbitration and mediation across the state of Georgia.

Prior to joining Bloom Parham, Samantha worked as a Litigation Associate in the Atlanta office of an insurance defense firm. Samantha handled commercial, construction and general liability matters. She specifically handled disputes over breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, construction defect, products liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice claims. Through these disputes she has handled all of the various phases of civil litigation.

Samantha worked as an Extern for the Honorable Jackson Bedford in the Superior Court of Fulton County.

Samantha received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was an active member of the Emory Law Moot Court Society. She was a national finalist in both the Saul Lefkowitz IP Competition and the National Moot Court Competition. While at Emory, she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Burt and Betty Schear Book Prize. She was also named an Emory Graduating Woman of Excellence.  She earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Florida, summa cum laude, where she  served as a  Florida Cicerone; an official student ambassador for the University.

Samantha is licensed to appear before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Georgia. She has served on the Law School Outreach Committee of the Atlanta Bar Association. She is also a certified Guardian ad Litem.
