Jake focuses on resolving clients’ legal disputes with solutions that are mindful of clients’ business concerns. With his experience, Jake is well-versed in all phases of civil litigation.
Jake represents and advises clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract cases, partnership disputes, and real estate and construction litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state court, and has experience in all stages of civil litigation from pre-suit investigations through subsequent appeals.
Prior to joining Bloom Parham, Jake served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Christopher C. Bly and the Honorable Steven D. Grimberg in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Jake also worked as an associate with a national litigation firm in Atlanta, where he represented businesses and local governments in a variety of commercial and complex litigation matters, including disputes involving general liability and civil right issues.
Jake received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with Honors, where he was involved with the Student Bar Association and was Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He earned his B.S. in Marketing from The University of Tampa, with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude.
