Ben Dell’Orto, an associate with the Bloom Parham law firm in Atlanta, deals with several areas of litigation, including real estate, construction, zoning, code violations, ad valorem tax appeals, and breach of contract.

Ben has experience working in several areas of litigation, including real estate, construction, zoning, code violations, ad valorem tax appeals, and breach of contract.

Before attending Georgia State University College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude, Ben Dell’Orto graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with Bachelor’s degrees in Mass Media Arts and Film Studies.  While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review and worked as an Extern with the DeKalb County Solicitor’s Office.  Ben also served as a Pupil with the Bleckley Inn of Court and was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 2019.

Outside of handling several areas of real estate, construction, zoning, code violations, ad valorem tax appeals, and breach of contract cases, he frequently attends Saturday football games at UGA. Ben currently lives in the Atlanta area where he enjoys time with his wife Caitrin, playing guitar and spending his weekends at the grill.
