Bloom Parham Welcomes Stephen Youngblood as Associate

Bloom Parham is pleased to announce that Stephen Youngblood has joined the firm as an Associate. Stephen brings substantial litigation experience to the firm, with a focused practice in complex commercial litigation, administrative law, and regulatory matters.

Stephen joins Bloom Parham from Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where he was a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice. His work centered on defending clients in complex antitrust matters, including multi-district class action litigation and Department of Justice Antitrust Division investigations, as well as regulatory proceedings before federal and state agencies. He also represented clients in contract disputes, dealer-termination matters, and suspension and debarment proceedings.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Stephen join our team.  His extensive background in representing clients in the most complex commercial disputes translates directly to our practice.  I know he will be an asset to our clients and the firm.”

— Simon Bloom, Founding Partner

After graduating magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law in 2016, Stephen served two years as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree, with Honors, in Philosophy from Swarthmore College.

Stephen has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Antitrust Law (2026) and Commercial Litigation (2022–2026).

“I am honored to join Bloom Parham and to work alongside lawyers who are widely respected for their judgment, trial skill, and dedication to clients.  The firm has earned its reputation as one of Atlanta’s premier litigation boutiques, and I am excited to contribute to that tradition by helping clients navigate complex disputes with practical, strategic advocacy.”

— Stephen Youngblood, Associate

“Stephen represents another outstanding hire for Bloom Parham.  He brings the experience, background and intangibles that we look for when making additions to our team. We expect him to step in immediately and provide the highest level of representations to our clients.”
