Shannan Oliver is a partner at Bloom Parham. With nearly two decades in practice, working with such notable names as Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where she served as a Partner, Shannan assists clients with employment and business litigation.

Shannan Oliver is the Administrative Managing Partner at Bloom Parham. Shannan has over two decades of legal experience and has practiced at the firm for nearly 10 years.  Shannan advises and represents client in various business matters, ranging from contract disputes to employment issues and has experience in all stages of complex litigation. Shannan has represented clients in hundreds of adversary proceedings over the years, including jury and bench trial, mediations, arbitration and appeals.

Shannan is licensed to practice law by the state of Georgia and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Shannan earned her B.A. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, then went on to earn her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. Shannan began her career at a well-respected international law firm, learning and refining her skills in general commercial litigation.  She joined Bloom Parham in 2012.  Shannan has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star and Georgia Super Lawyer seven times.

Hailing from Gastonia, North Carolina, Shannan now lives in East Cobb with her husband and triplet sons. Able to write, sing, play piano and cheer loudly for all things basketball, Shannan brings a balanced skill set to the Bloom Parham team.
