BLF won a major victory for one of its clients in the banking services industry. For our client, we obtained a ruling granting summary judgment on “bet the company” claims from one of its competitors. The order also declared certain contracts at issue unenforceable as a matter of law. In addition to being a tremendous victory for our clients, this ruling stands to change the entire landscape of this industry.
