Lead Attorneys: Simon H. Bloom, III, Stephanie A. Everett
Bloom Sugarman Everett regularly litigates all manner of issues that arise over boundaries and the maintenance of easement or common areas for both residential and commercial property owners, investors and landlords. Often, property owners may not exactly know the true boundaries of their properties, and visual boundaries may not conform to legal deed descriptions. In other situations, title is not clear. Regardless, the stakes, both emotional and financial, can be significant. Be it interfacing with appraisers and property surveyors, negotiating with a neighboring property owner, or appearing before a zoning board or committee, we will assert your rights and help protect your property.
Additionally, we have successfully represented clients in quiet title actions, encroachment, trespass, property lines and easement interference cases.
