Christian Turner focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in a variety of areas including lender liability, real estate litigation, business litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Christian also has significant experience representing debtors and creditors in both chapter 7 liquidations and chapter 11 reorganizations. Christian has successfully represented clients in state and federal court actions.
Christian earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Florida State Law Review and Moot Court team. As a member of the Moot Court team, Christian won a national championship at the 2004 Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Fordham University in New York City.
Christian earned a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University, where he was a four-year letterman with the Wake Forest baseball team, winners of the 1998 and 1999 ACC Championships. After receiving his undergraduate degree, and prior to attending law school, Christian worked in the financial sector as a licensed financial consultant.
