The Beginning

In 2007, Simon Bloom left his post as leader of the Real Estate and Construction Litigation Group at Powell Goldstein and, along with colleague Stephanie Everett, founded The Bloom Law Firm. Their vision was to build a practice that provides the same high quality service of a big firm more efficiently and reasonably. They believe in bringing thoughtful, aggressive case-by-case litigation strategy to every matter and their success has earned them a loyal client following. They also wanted to build a culture that encourages a strong work ethic and leadership, produces exceptional legal results, supports work/life balance, and fosters the long-term relationships they’ve come to enjoy with their clients.

Expanding Our Services

Growing from two to nine attorneys in just two short years, our group now includes a close-knit team of accomplished trial lawyers who are annually recognized and honored within the profession. Our attorneys regularly publish papers, and speak at seminars and workshops across the country, providing education and insight to business executives and peers alike.

While its foundation remains firmly entrenched in the real estate industry, Bloom Law continues to grow in market share and recognition among a variety of industries, offering a wide range of civil litigation, including real estate litigation, employment litigation and complex litigation.

Giving Back

Out of the courtroom, the lawyers and staff at the Bloom Law Firm are staunch advocates for positive change in our community. In addition to leadership, we embrace a spirit of generosity and often roll up our sleeves and provide the labor, energy, and financial support needed to effectuate change for the Metro-Atlanta area. One highlight is the annual “Pig Gig,” which takes place in Simon’s backyard. Last year the firm-sponsored event raised more than $9,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta.
