Kyle Williams focuses his practice on zoning, land use and general litigation matters, representing property owners, real estate developers, builders, real estate agents and brokers, real estate appraisers and other real estate professionals. Mr. Williams has represented clients in numerous jury, bench, and arbitration trials throughout Georgia. He also represents clients before state agencies and local governments on permitting, code enforcement, and zoning matters.

Mr. Williams created and maintains www.GeorgiaZoningBlog.com blogging Georgia land use and zoning decisions, law, and politics. In 2005, 2006, and 2009, Mr. Williams was recognized as a Georgia "Rising Star" in Litigation, Land Use and Zoning by Georgia "Super Lawyer" and Atlanta Magazine. Prior to joining The Bloom Firm, Mr. Williams was a Senior Litigation Associate with the Builder/Developer Team of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C.

Mr. Williams is serving his second term on the Decatur Zoning Board of Appeals. He served on the Transition Committee for DeKalb County Chief Executive Office-Elect Burrell Ellis. Mr. Williams served on the Dean's Circle Alumni Advisory Board and is currently chair of the Alumni Advisory Council for The University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Williams was recognized as a Foundation Friend by The Decatur Education Foundation for his efforts to collect and distribute books and art supplies to the Pre-K programs in Decatur.
